Role Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to oversee our Phone Line Team. This role ensures smooth daily operations, resolves customer inquiries efficiently, and supports team performance to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to provide excellent customer support
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal coverage
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate training and development to enhance team skills
  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

  • 1,5+ years of experience in a customer service team leader role
  • Team management skills, with ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and compliance adherence
  • Proficiency in Latvian and good English language skills are required for working international clients and software
