Position overview
We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated and organized colleague to join our Treasury Team as Payment & Reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for processing outgoing payments ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, systems and financial controls.
If you are accurate, detail oriented and have a strong problem solving skills, then we are waiting for your application.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of cash requirements, timely and accurate payments execution in ERP;
- Manual payments processing and follow up in the banking systems;
- Payments clearing in ERP and reconciliation;
- Preparation of AP cash flow forecast and various Treasury reports;
- Payments related inquiries, issue resolution and investigation.
Required skills and experience
- Education in relevant field;
- 1-2 years of experience in finance field and/or GBS environment;
- English language is required at Upper-intermediate level: communicate competently and in professional manner;
- Problem solving and detail-oriented mindset;
- Positive working attitude;
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP will be considered as advantage.
